BASIC FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITY:
This position is accountable for coordinating marketing initiatives including copywriting, organization and content for web, brand placement, and company events. Responsibilities include development, coordination and maintenance of the UNMC Physicians Company Store, intranet, internet, corporate identity program, company newsletter, sponsorships and events. Management of vendor relationships with external agencies hired to provide creative services for UNMC Physicians marketing activities is extensive.

EDUCATION: |

Required: |
B.S./B.A. or related degree in journalism, marketing, public relations, business administration, or related field required. |

EXPERIENCE: |

|
Preferred: |
1 year marketing experience, knowledge of AP style guidelines, QuarkXPress, and Adobe InDesign/Illustrator |
