Do you know life insurance terminology? WE DO NOT SELL INSURANCE WE EVALUATE TRUST ACCOUNTS, COME JOIN US AS WE EXPAND. We are looking for the right advanced person with experience in life insurance. This person will enjoy talking to clients to request material and to use our computer program to update the information in our mature department.
The primary focus of this position is to follow-up on requests made to carriers for information so that it can be delivered to RIC in a timely manner.
Communicate with carriers on outstanding requests, resolve issues with carriers and provide documentation.
Update RIC database in order to keep track of resolution attempts
Customer service or other duties
Basic knowledge of insurance products and information.
Strong phone and people skills
Ability to type 30+ wpm Ability to multitask and have good organization skills
Must pass drug and background check.
