Description |
| Responsible for organizing, planning, directing, coordinating and providing high quality, individualized patient care. Responsible for facilitating cooperative and collaborative relationships among departments to ensure effective patient care outcomes. Creates customer focused environment of care for patients, their families and physicians. |
| Qualifications |
| Graduate of a professional nursing program with current RN licensure in the state of Nebraska. Previous experience as a charge nurse preferred. Two years of clinical experience in specialty of unit. Must have current BLS certification. |
