Description |

Directs and administers the operation of assigned patient care services to provide quality service efficiently within established budgetary objectives. Responsible for the continuous improvement of activities within assigned areas and integrated and coordinated services as appropriate with other disciplines to achieve targeted outcomes. Areas of responsibility include, but is not limited to, labor and Delivery, Post-Partum, Newborn, Nursery, NICU, Peds/PICU and Women’s Services.

| Qualifications |
| Current RN License. At least 5 years operational experience in Maternal/Child. Bachelor's of Science degree required - appropriate Master’s degree preferred or enter a Masters program within two years. |
